So, as of tomorrow I have 2 weeks until the Lady Gaga concert and I have been trying very hard over my sadly brief and depressing spring break to frantically finish my costume. Though I did not finish, I got pretty far.
My jacket hasn’t been worked on since January, but it doesn’t need much more work.
I just need to cover the jacket with a few hundred more beads then repaint everything white and it’ll be done.
I went searching for a hat and found the perfect one twice, however it was $40. I was not willing to pay that much for something I’m just going to wear once and cover in hot glue, pearls and paint, so I’m winging it by using the left over vinyl (Which I got 1yd of for like $2 because they are liquidating one of the JoAnn’s here to open another one) from my bootcovers for my shoes. Speaking of which, my stripper shoes have gone from this,

They are not entirely done yet, but neither is my costume. I’m pretty excited about the way the costume is turning out.
